What is for supper in September? Day 10: Spaghetti

I have been told by at least one pre-schooler that I "make the best spaghetti in the whole 'wold'" so get your pens ready folks! Actually, it is a very simple recipe. You might be curious about gluten free pasta. The truth is, most of it is nasty! Yuck! One brand, Pasta Joy, is so good! Look for the bunny on the packages! They have basically every kind of noodle and they taste "normal" even to a gluten eating husband!

Shelly's Spaghetti

-1pound ground beef
-1 onion chopped
-1 can crushed tomatoes
-1 can diced tomatoes (This time I used no canned tomatoes and all of our own. Our garden overflows, hence many meals with tomatoes this month!)
-Italian seasoning to taste
-Crushed red pepper to taste
-Garlic 2 cloves or powder to taste
-Salt and pepper to taste
-San-J GF Tamari (a shake or two)
-Pasta Joy spaghetti noodles (2/3 package or whatever you prefer)

Fill one pot with water to heat noodles (then follow directions on package)
Brown beef with chopped onion in large frying pan (or pot)
Add spices
Add tomato products (to the same pan... lets save dishes folks)
Simmer and serve with pasta and a veggie!
Simple and tasty!
*I love to add any other veggies I have around to the sauce for special added flavor! Brandon adds the stinky kind of cheese... what is that called? :)
