Hey, it happens!

Accidents that is!  Actually, with an almost 3 year old boy I am not sure how much of the happening is an accident and how much is an "on purpose for a laugh!"

I might be getting older and (a little) bigger, but I there is something about these pants that begs me to wear them on my head!

The 4th chair at our table

Sorry folks... I bet there are some of you who thought this title meant we had a big announcement.  This post has nothing to do with a future little for our family.  This is about our Jamie.  She spends at least one evening with us a week and we all love her like crazy.  M will tell you that the chairs at the table are "Mommy's chair, Daddy's chair, and Jamie's chair."  Jamie is such a blessing to our family and when she goes off to school this fall we will miss her greatly!  Here are a couple of recent photos of M and J!

This is my new trike.  Grandpa Tom helped me go around and around with the broom.  My legs need to grow so I can pedal. 

One bottle finished!

M has been home now for almost 17 months.  We are just days ways from "more here than there" so a post about that should be coming soon.  Before he came home I thought I would purchase some good shampoo for him.  I got Beautiful Curls and have really liked it.  17 months later we just finished our first bottle last night.  To say one bottle goes a long way would be an understatement.  I bought mine at Whole Foods but you can also order online!

M: What are you doing?
Brandon: going up stairs to get the superglue.
M: again?
Brandon: I am getting glue.
M: yellow too?
~I guess glue and blue sound a lot alike!

When I get M dressed I often sing "Stand up stand up for Jesus" when pulling up his pants and getting him to stand.  He loves the song and sings it quite often.  He made his own version this week which isn't super theology.

"Stand up, stand up for Jesus, Ye soldiers of M...."  Yes, he did put himself in the place of "the Lord."  I think he might think he has some soldiers somewhere!
