Great friends visiting

Another weekend this fall we were able to host my best friend from college Nikky and her boyfriend Jake.  It was so much fun to get to know Jake and to spend lots of great girl time with Nikky.  Oh how I wish they lived closer.  Sadly, they did not have the awesome weather that we had with my family so Jake has no idea how beautiful it is here.  It was super foggy and rainy all weekend.  Even with the yucky weather we had great fun and great food and even took a rainy walk to the lake on Saturday night.  The theme of lack of quality photos continues, but this does prove that they were here. 

M loved recording original music hits on Jake's phone... over and over again!

M: Play it again Jake!  M loved that he and Jake were both born in Africa.  They were fast buddies!

So fun to see Nikky and T playing and reading together!

And here are a few from the day or two after they left!  M and T love putting these scarves over their heads and running around the living room.  T can see through her's but you can't tell.  It is SO FUNNY to watch them run about... like you need to make sure you go to the bathroom before they start their show!
