Christmas Party and Caroling

We have been hosting a Christmas party for several years now.  The kids (and Brandon and I) LOVE having people come to our home.  They get so excited thinking about our potlucks and especially about the Christmas party.  The party itself is hard for M, but the idea of it is great.

Last year we added Pinterest games to the mix and they were a hit.  This year I found some new ones.  Finding games that are fun for kids and adults isn't super easy, but there were lots of smiling faces so I think we picked some winners.

The snowman race was a hit.  The kids loved unrolling the toilet paper, but the best part of it... playing with all the toilet paper after the snowmen were completed.

Our first snow person.

Our two headed snow person.

Toilet paper party!

So much fun!
They just couldn't stop playing!

The star decorating race was fun, but the post its were not as easy to play with later.

Wow!  She really looks like a star!

Not the best sticking material, but she is a star to me :)

Wreath races (with hula hoops).
Part two of the weekend fun was caroling.  We filled a bus with carolers and went to nursing homes, a group home, and a woman's home.  It was snowing the whole time, another Hallmark movie setting.  Our whole family loves this special event!  We had a great weekend of fun with our church family!

Getting on the bus!
Caroling!
Feasting after the caroling.
