The cutest elf!

T was able to do a short Kindergarten Christmas program the last day of school before break.  They had it right at the beginning of the school day on the 21st.  The kids sang just three songs and that was it!  They were super sweet in their little elf hats.

The whole group of Kindergarteners

Can you see my sweetie in the front?

T: We wish you a Merry Christmas!

After their concert the Kindergarteners decorated Christmas cookies and had a party.  In the afternoon they were planning to watch a movie... Santa Paws... Do you recognize the title?  Yes indeed, that is the movie that had T in tears all the way home from my parents after Thanksgiving.  She was a mess, but told the teacher she had a tummy ache.  I got a call from the school nurse and she ended up coming home.  Next year/time I will ask for an alternate activity.  I don't want to teach her she can come home anytime.  She was eager to eat her cookies, eat sausage, and dance around the kitchen.  Oh well, at least watching the movie didn't lead to any nightmares and sleepless nights for T and Brandon.
