See that little gadget up there? It is called a "Time Timer." It is amazing! Our time timer provides our children when a concrete visual to go along with statements like, "You can use the computer for 3 more minutes." We recently experimented with using the time timer for times when our children are playing together. They flip a book (instead of a coin) to see who gets to choose an activity first. Then they set the time timer for 10 minutes and take turns doing different activities. It doesn't always work perfectly, but the very first night we tried it there was much success! Enough success to take pictures and make a blog post!
