Cake for M!

January was filled with MANY Birthday parties for M's friends.  He was still on his severely limited diet (yes, good news will be coming in a future post) and I would cry most days trying to figure out how to feed him.  I would truly spend hours each day searching for and preparing recipes. I worked all day to make cupcakes and frosting.  He was less than impressed, but I thought they tasted perfectly edible haha.
