Lessons learned the first week of 2021

During the first week of 2021 we learned ...

... that Snow forts, friends, and puppies really do make the final days of break better!

...that Buddy loves T.

...that Buddy loves M.
...that cold weather and a pandemic can't stop our families from hanging out.

...that T loves the Camp Club Girls books.

...that Buttercup is still up to his old sneaking into the basement tricks.

... that T created a great camouflage for a frog and it was a game for us to find it.

...that Science class on zoom works outside too.  T was measuring planet distance from the sun.

... that some planets are much farther from the sun than others.

... that my daily walks and phone chats with friends are great for my brain and mental health!

... that T is truly a better omelet maker than her mama.

... that our snowman isn't as happy about warm days as we are.

... that hate is real and we need a lot of Jesus and prayers in our country.
... that Sunshine might like hand me downs as much as T.
... that T wants to have a market on selling some leisure.
... that LEGO's make great math counters and brain breaks.
