Right before M's Birthday I did a frantic search for duck eggs and really struggled to find any. I eventually found a farm an hour away selling duck eggs for $12 a dozen! Crazy. I needed to make the cake so we drove and bought. Thankfully, the farm family gave us a tour and allowed our kids to play with the baby bunnies and check out lots of other farm things. I guess that made the cost a little more worth it. The family had several children so our kids wanted to back again and again. We headed to the pool after the pick-up which is why M was in swimming trunks.
