During the kid's first week of summer school a dear friend came for a visit. She was only able to stay for a few hours, but we made the most of them. We walked out to the lighthouse and all around town. It was a beautiful day to be outside with a beautiful friend. Nancy was such a great mentor and walking partner during seminary and we picked up right where we left off. I think we could have talked the rest of the day. I can hardly wait for the next time we can get together! I am so thankful that she made the drive.
I only have two horrible selfies to document the day. It was sunny so we couldn't really see much of what was on the screen, but it documents that we were out walking together which is the point!
