We have lived on the Lake for ten years now, and I learned something new this spring. Apparently there is a huge flock of migrating pelicans (100's) that stops in our harbor each spring. It was fun to take the kids to see them. The first time we went they were pretty far away. The second time we checked them out they were much closer. We will definitely be on the look out next spring.
