We miss you Kohl's

During our first days in March I shopped for some new swim suits for Mexico.  While in Mexico I don't really wear clothes except at dinner time, so many swimsuits is the name of the game.  T loves to shop with me.  It is more stressful to take her, but her joy makes it worth it.

I am a bit nervous about what will become of my purchases.  I usually buy too many swimsuits and then try them on again at home to decide what I want to keep.  In my room right now there are three tops to return.  Will I be allowed to take them back one day, I am not sure.  Perhaps I will own them always.  Sadly one is too big... although with all the eating happening right now maybe I shouldn't call it out of the question.

I digress... Anyway, after the swimsuits and shrugs (I found a cream one that I wore every night this year!) were tried on it was time to allow T to try on some makeup.  She was in happy land and would have stayed there for hours if I would have let her.  I am so glad she did this that day, because I am not sure when she will be freely sampling makeup again.  She said one of the things she misses the most right now is Kohl's.  Oh that girl!

I let her choose what she wants and just try to help her to make it is clean as possible. She knows that she is incredibly beautiful just the way she is.  She told me recently that she only wants to wear makeup occasionally.
T: First I put some sparkle on my lips.

T:  Do you like it?

T: I am about to put on some eye shadow.

T: I feel like I got just the right amount.

T: Lips and eyes are finished.

T: Time for the cheeks.

T: I feel so beautiful.  (Look at that awesome toothless smile)
