We got a very sad call in early August. Our beloved neighbor dog Talulah was going to be put down the next morning. Her kidneys and liver were failing and the time had come. Our children, esp M, were devastated. The kids went over for a tearful goodbye.
When M got home he cried and cried. He cried all through getting ready for bed, and he even cried in his sleep. Lu was such a special dog and really taught M how amazing dogs can be. We were all blessed to have her for a neighbor.
