Several months ago the kids and I watched a youtube video about the best popcorn in the world. We may have watched it several times. The video showed that woks make the best popcorn because the un-popped kernels fall easily to the bottom and the popped ones have room to expand above. I recently got a real wok and was eager to try it out. While I think the ideal cooking stove for this endeavor would be gas, this was some of the best popcorn we have ever had!
