M is in recovery! The surgery was successful. I am scheduled to see him soon. He has two incisions and will be in a bit of pain for a while, but this should be the last surgery for this issue. The Dr. said that we don't need to wait for urination to be released, so we will be going home this evening for sure. The waiting room has been clearing out and all the surgeries are finishing up. I am feeling profoundly thankful and also a bit anxious to see him both in anticipation and fear that he will be in pain that I won't be able to help. Such is being a mom.
I will update more about recovery as I am able.
