October Surgery Part Four... Recovery

We made it to recovery!  M is still pretty out of it.  He is much more serious than T was.  He said he isn't feeling any pain.  He wanted to eat lasagna immediately.  He was angry when the nurse said not until he gets home.  I told him he could eat it in the car.  He settled for a cherry popsicle.  His room actually has a pretty good view.  He is literally chewing the popsicle as I type.  This kid is hungry!

He hasn't said anything silly, but seemed to be sleeping and still very out of it when a nurser came in and was asking vital stuff.  All of the sudden from his sleepy state he said "8-8-2009" haha!  I guess his birthdate is engraved in his brain.

He is now asking for hospital food like chicken.  He remembers having it after his tonsils came out and he knows they have it here somewhere haha.

So serious.

The Skyline... local friends will appreciate the construction truck company in the picture too!

We can even see the top of the ball park!

Finally eating!
